  • Assist in formulating and testing rubber compounds to meet customer specifications and industry standards.
  • Conduct quality control tests on raw materials, intermediate products, and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Analyze test data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, tests, and results.

Qualification:

B.Sc. in Chemistry

Experience:

2-3 years in laboratory and mixing, preferably in a rubber company.

  • Develop and implement new product concepts, designs, and materials to meet customer needs and market trends.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments for new products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales) to ensure products meet requirements.
  • Conduct testing and validation of new products.
  • Assist in managing NPD projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Foster innovation through idea generation, brainstorming, and experimentation.
  • Develop and implement quality control plans for new products.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure product reliability.

Qualification:

B.E. / Diploma (Mechanical)

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in new product development, preferably in the rubber or plastics industry.

Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of rubber materials, compounds, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, leadership, and project management skills.

Prepare invoice in ERP, coordinating with export customers through emails, generating reports. He will report to CEO.

  • Graduation in any stream.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness in ERP.
  • Prepare sales orders.
  • Provide daily reports to management without any errors.

Development of new sales leads, business opportunities, and new sales strategies to ensure the company’s growth.

  • Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
  • Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
  • Degree or Master in Marketing, Business Administration, or a similar field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales and business development. Experience with CRM software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Great networking, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
